Not completely satisfied with your jewelry? That can happen. You have the right to cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days, without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day your order is delivered.
After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will receive a refund of the full order amount, including the original shipping costs (this applies when you return your entire order). Only the return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please consult your preferred carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories included and—where reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the total amount due within 14 days after you notify us of the return, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
how do I return an order?
The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is by filling in the attached return form. The return form must always be sent with the return shipment so that we can process your return properly. If you return multiple orders in one package to us, make sure that you fill in a return form per order. Did you not receive a return form? Then click here to download a return form!
Nextyou can download a return label by visiting our track & trace page. You can find this in your track & trace email or by clicking here. Enter the track & trace code of your original order in the barcode field, also enter your postal code and click send. At the bottom of this page you can download a return label. Print the label, stick it on the box and go to the nearest DHL point.

Return the wrong item by following the steps above. As soon as we have received your return, we will get to work for you! After processing your return, the money for the returned products will be transferred to your account within one working day.
