Not completely satisfied with your jewelry? No problem! You therefore have the right to revoke the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the moment your order is delivered.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs (applicable when you return your entire order). Only the costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Consult the rates of your carrier for this. If you use the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How do I return an order?

The easiest way to use your right of withdrawal is to fill in the enclosed return form. The return form must always be included with the return shipment, so that we can properly process your return. If you return multiple orders to us in one package, make sure that you fill in one return form per order   Didn'treceive a return form? You can then download return label a return label by visiting our track & trace page. You can find this in your track & trace mail or through here to click. Follow the track & trace code of your original order in the barcode field, also enter your zip code and click on send. You can download a return label at the bottom of this page. Print the label, stick it on the box and go to the nearest PostNL point.

Do I also have to return my gift?

Did you receive a gift with your order and do you wish to return (part of) your order? If your total amount is less than the required amount for the respective promotion, the gift must also be returned. If you do not return the gift, the full product value will be deducted from your refund.
