Not completely satisfied with your jewelry? No problem! You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day your order is delivered.
After cancelling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs (when you return your entire order). Only the costs of the return shipment are your responsibility, please check your carrier’s rates for this. When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of receiving your returned product, provided it has been returned in good condition.
How do I return an order?
The easiest way to use your right of withdrawal is to fill in the enclosed return form. The return form must always be included with the return shipment, so that we can properly process your return. Write the address below on your return parcel and take it to a parcel drop-off point of your preferred carrier.

Do I also have to return my gift?
Did you receive a gift with your order and wish to return (part of) your purchase? If your total order amount falls below the required value for the promotion, the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, the full value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
